    4.    Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

    5.    Refunds and Replacements: If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide instructions on the return process. Please note that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
